Partners

Because partners have not experienced the physical loss of their baby, their feelings and needs can sometimes be underestimated. They themselves may find it difficult to acknowledge and express their grief and may feel isolated and misunderstood as a result.

It is important to recognise that even if you were not carrying the baby, it was your baby and you are entitled to grieve. ARC can offer support through the telephone/email Helpline and our online forum and volunteers.
