Helpline now available in 250+ languages
We’re pleased to announce our new partnership with Clear Voice and their trusted language services, meaning our helpline is now available in 250+ languages!
How does it work? Get in touch with us via email (info@arc-uk.org) if someone in your care would like to speak to a member of our helpline team through an interpreter. We’ll arrange a suitable time, coordinate with the Clear Voice team, and the call will take place as scheduled.
Each call begins with a short briefing between the ARC helpline team and the interpreter to provide context before the parent joins, ensuring a seamless, safe, and supportive experience.
We aim to make our helpline as accessible as possible.
