Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our store policies.
ARC has chosen to use Paypal because it guarantees security for your credit or debit card information. Ordering online through Paypal is safe and secure.
If you prefer to pay by personal or company cheque or by postal order, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing and/or sending your order. To order by cheque or postal order, use the form provided on the relevant page and send to ARC, 210 Wandsworth Road, London, SW8 2JU.
We aim to send you exactly what you order, in perfect condition. If we cannot send your exact order, we will contact you to let you know, and where possible, ask whether you would accept an alternative. If you are not satisfied, we will refund any payment made.
If you are not satisfied with your order and inform us within seven days of receiving it, we will give a full refund or offer an exchange. We ask that anything that is to be returned be carefully repackaged in its original packing. We cannot cover the cost of returning items.
For customers buying places at our training days or conference, our refund policy states that:
- if a cancellation is made more than three months before the date of the training/event, a full refund will be made.
- if a cancellation is made between three months and one month before the training date, a refund will be made minus an administration charge of 20% of the fee paid.
- if a cancellation is made less than a month before the training date, a refund will not be available.
Delivery charges are included within the price of each item.
Goods will be charged at the price shown on the order page on the date the customer places the order.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, we aim to deal with it promptly and effectively.
