ARC Extraordinary General Meeting for members 19th June 2012

In order to bring ARC in line with modern practice of charity finance and governance, the Board of Trustees has voted to turn ARC into a registered company limited by guarantee. This is a change in ARC's legal status only, and will not make a difference to the services we provide.
This status helps to protect ARC legally, and will help us greatly when it comes to attracting grant funding. In order to facilitate this change, it is necessary to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) so that members may approve the change.
