The ARC Forum has been set up as a safe place for ARC members to make contact with other people who have lost a baby following a prenatal diagnosis, in order to provide support and lessen the sense of isolation.
NB: the forum is restricted to bereaved parents only. If you are worried about a screening result or diagnosis, waiting for a result, trying to make difficult decisions about further testing or about the future of your pregnancy, or facing a termination, please contact ARC for support and information at info@arc-uk.org or via the ARC Helpline on 0845 077 2290 or 0207 713 7486.
There are currently three groups within the forum – two for parents who have ended a pregnancy (one used mainly by women and one for men) and one for bereaved parents who continued a pregnancy with a poor prognosis.
You must be an ARC member to be signed up to the Forum. Membership is free to residents of the UK (donations very welcome) and you can join by providing your name, your full postal address and a brief description of your experience. If you prefer not to enter these details via our website, you can send them directly to info@arc-uk.org or call us on the above numbers.
ARC is a small UK charity with limited resources. If you live outside the UK, you can join ARC and the Forum for an annual fee of £15 (Europe) or £25 (rest of the world).
